Tal Dilian, philanthropist turned serial entrepreneur at Cyber Tech, was inspired by his education


   Tal Dilian was the son of teachers and a Jerusalem native, was blessed to attend a highly regarded High School. He could have never imagined that he would miss out on the high school education offered at the time.



   Opportunities that allowed him to develop his career and build his success and also to fund his charitable work.

   Following high school, his father joined in the Israeli Defense Forces. He started his career as a combat pilot within the elite Special Operations Unit of Intelligence Corps, the IDF. Later he served as Chief of Command of the Technological Unit.



   He was awarded the Israeli Defense Prize for his remarkable contributions to Israel's defense when he was a soldier.  Intellexa Through his formal education and training, he was able pursue all of his military careers.

   After 25 years of service with the Israel Defense Forces, he was discharged with honors. Tal Dilian was eager to start a new business venture that has brought him to take on everything from entrepreneurship to cyber intelligence.

   The company has developed a system to assist them in protecting their communities, working in tandem with Law Enforcement Agencies as well as Intelligence Agencies.    Tal Dilian founded Atidim and was appointed the CEO of the organization in 2000. The non-profit organization offers education support to youths who have disabilities.



   The Atidim Israel national program is aimed at bridging the gap between the rich and poor and creating more diverse and inclusive society. It provides education to underprivileged youth in Israel.



   Tal Dilian believed equal education opportunities were essential to the success of any nation. He co-founded Atidim (which means "futures") in English.

   The organization's annual growth rate is 6% and the company has employed more than 4,000 people in the surrounding regions.
